Planning the nikah
Choosing the video link, the time and the people involved.
Family Law
When you and your partner are in different countries, the nikah can be held over a video link. ICTV explains the requirements and prepares the documents and registration.
An online nikah is held by video link, with the offer and acceptance made clearly by both parties and heard by witnesses. The legal questions are the same as for any nikah: free consent, adults under the law, witnesses and proper registration of the nikahnama.
We help you plan the call, prepare the documents, arrange the nikah khawan and witnesses and register the marriage. Requirements differ by country, so we also tell you what the other country or the visa office may need.
